Factory Lane Consultation
Thank you for visiting the public exhibition website for Bridge Industrial’s proposed development at Factory Lane, Croydon.
The consultation website will be live from 8 November 2021 until 30 November 2021. After this date, we will provide updates via the website and be available to answer further questions. For those who are not able to take part online, details of the proposals will be sent in the post and feedback taken over the phone.
Introduction
The exhibition boards on this site will set out our proposals for the redevelopment of the site on Factory Lane and we would very much welcome your feedback before we formally submit a planning application to London Borough of Croydon Council.
About Bridge Industrial
Founded in 2000, Bridge Industrial is an integrated real estate operating and investment company.
Our core focus is on the acquisition of industrial properties in supply-constrained core markets in the US and the UK.
Bridge has recently opened its UK arm of operations and is looking to invest in a number of important strategic sites across London.
Bridge Industrial develop modern logistics buildings to the highest quality. We have a strong focus on our sustainability credentials and will construct our buildings so as to minimise any impact on the local environment.

About this virtual consultation
The consultation website has been designed to cover all the information that we would have presented at a public exhibition and ensure that you are able to let us know what you think, so that we can take on board feedback. This method has been chosen to ensure as many people as possible can access the proposals and provide their feedback.
